2025-2026 Studio Information and Important dates
- Registration – August 6th 5:00-8:00pm
- No Class – Monday, September 1st – LABOR DAY
- First day of class – Tuesday, September 2nd
- October 27 -30 WEAR HALLOWEEN COSTUMES TO CLASS
- Thanksgiving break – November 24th – November 28th
- Christmas break – December 22nd – January 2nd
- Spring Break – March 16th – March 20th
- Recital – May 16th – Bettendorf Performing Arts Center
Payment Due Dates
- August @ Registration – Registration fee $25 and Tuition Month 1
- September 10 – Tuition Month 2 and Costume Payment #1
- October 10 – Tuition month 3 and Costume Payment #2
- November 10 – Tuition Month 4 and Costume Payment #3
- December 10 – Tuition Month 5
- January 10 – Tuition Month 6
- February 10 – Tuition Month 7
- March 10 – Tuition Month 8
- April 10 – Recital Fee $80 (includes t-shirt, yearbook and DVD)
Financial All Accounts must have a credit/debit card on file. If paying by check or cash, payments not received by the 15th will be charged to the card on file. Declined cards will be charged a $10 fee. Please be sure to notify the office if you need to update your card. A late fee of $15 will be charged if payment is not received by the 15th. Your child will not be able to participate if payment is not made by the 30th.
We have a studio software program called Jackrabbit. Families will have online access to their account information. A 30 day notice is required to drop a class. You will be responsible for tuition if proper notice is not given. Refunds will be given for costume deposits if the class is dropped before October 15th.
JACKRABBIT LOGIN INFORMATION – click on manage account found on the side bar or under the classes tab. Choose forgot password when directed and an email will be sent to create a new password. There is a video link on the sign in page that you can watch if you want tips on navigating the screens. We also have a MDF App that you will want to download to receive important notifications. Available on Apple and Android devices
Attendance and Dress Code Attendance is extremely important. Classes only meet 1 time per week. Please make every effort to attend. Excessive absences may result in dismissal from recital. Weather cancellations will follow local school district cancellations. We will post on facebook and email as soon as possible.
Dress Code – Class attire: Tights, leotard, and proper shoes. Dance shorts/skirts may may worn over leotards. No T-shirts, No Jeans, No school clothes. 2-piece outfits may be worn, however a tank or cami must be worn over top.
Lobby Expectation and Parking
Our expectation is that Momentum will be a home for you. Please treat our home with respect by not allowing children to climb on counter tops or furniture. Please keep all food in the kitchen area. Please throw away your garbage at the end of your evening. Parents are responsible for supervising their children. If siblings must come, please bring a quiet activity for them. Please help us in creating a positive experience for all at Momentum. You may park in either the building lot or the gravel lot next to our building. In the concrete lot, please park facing the building or facing the road. It is difficult for others to exit if cars are parked facing the trees and difficult to see oncoming traffic if cars are parked on the grass. The dock drive way is reserved for staff. Please do not park blocking the driveway entrances by parking next to the telephone pole and use designated entrances and exits. Thank you for you cooperation.
